What are they?

Why are they important?
These points provide clarity on team responsibilities and the status of work items. They help ensure the team is focused on delivering value to the customer without overburdening themselves. They also assist in projecting accurate delivery times and identifying bottlenecks.

How they work?
Work items are pulled from a backlog and moved to the Commitment Point when the team has the capacity and is ready to work on it. After completion, it is moved to the Delivery Point, marking it ready for customer delivery.
