These terms and conditions govern your use of TrustEd Institute's practice test system. By accessing or using our system, you agree to these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our system.
Use of Our Practice Test System
You agree to use our practice test system responsibly and ethically. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Actions that may damage or impair the system's functionality or accessibility
- Any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities
- Attempts to introduce malicious software or compromise system security
- Unauthorized copying, distribution, or misuse of test content
Subscriptions and Billing
Premium access is sold as a subscription. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe; we accept credit and debit cards and PayPal. Prices are shown in your local currency on the checkout page before you confirm your purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you choose) and the subscription fee is charged to your payment method on file, until you cancel.
Free Trial
Where offered, the monthly plan includes a 7-day free trial. The trial end date and the price that applies after the trial are shown at checkout. A free trial is available once per person and email address, and is not available on the yearly plan.
If you cancel at any time before the trial ends, you will not be charged anything. There are no fees or penalties for cancelling. If you do not cancel, your subscription starts automatically when the trial ends and the first subscription fee is charged on that date.
Cancellation
You can cancel your trial or subscription at any time, without a notice period and without cancellation fees. Once you have an active trial or subscription, you can cancel it yourself under Settings (Plan → Manage) or in your Profile (Manage your subscription → Cancel subscription). You will receive a confirmation email when you cancel.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current trial or billing period: you keep premium access until then, and no further payments will be charged.
Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our practice test system. If you are unsatisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your first paid charge. The free trial period does not count towards these 30 days: if you start a free trial, the 30 days begin on the date your first subscription fee is charged after the trial ends. To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at support@trustedinstitute.com.
Limitations of Liability
TrustEd Institute shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our practice test system. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, revenue, profits, or other economic loss.
Modifications to Service and Terms
TrustEd Institute reserves the right to modify or discontinue the practice test system at any time. We may also update these terms of service as needed. Continued use of our system after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
