Scrum Ceremonies Guide

Scrum Ceremonies, also known as Scrum Events, are integral parts of the Scrum framework used to break down and organise the work within a Scrum team.

Why is it important?
They provide structure for the team's workflow, enhancing the team's ability to create high-quality products. By ensuring regular communication and feedback in the team, these ceremonies ensure transparency, inspection, and adaptation.

What is it?
There are four main Scrum ceremonies:
1. Sprint Planning: where the team decides the work to be done in the upcoming sprint.
2. Daily Scrum: a quick, daily meeting to discuss the previous day's work and the plan for the next 24 hours.
3. Sprint Review: to inspect the work completed and not completed in the sprint, and adapt the Product Backlog.
