Guide on Agile Risk Board

Importance: The Agile Risk Board is important as it facilitates proactive risk management, encourages team collaboration and promotes transparency on project risks. It allows the team to flag potential issues early and strategize on effective mitigation and contingency plans.
Working: Risks are categorized into columns according to their impact and likelihood. Each risk is written on a sticky note and placed in the relevant column.
