Guide to Scrum Values
Scrum Values play a crucial role in forming the foundation of the Scrum framework. The five values include: Commitment, Courage, Focus, Openness, and Respect.

What it is: These are the principles that guide the actions and decisions in Scrum. They form the attitude that Scrum expects individuals to have while executing their roles.
How it works: Team members direct their behaviours and actions according to the five values. For instance, 'Commitment' is about being dedicated to succeed; 'Courage' entails facing tough decisions and situations; 'Focus' means paying attention to the work and goals; 'Openness' implies being open to new ideas, feedback, and change; and 'Respect' shows having regard for each other's abilities.
