Team Building refers to the process of establishing a group of people with diverse skills and expertise to form a cohesive team. This team must work harmoniously together towards achieving a common goal.
Importance: Team building is crucial as it fosters communication, boosts morale, increases motivation, improves productivity, and helps individuals to learn more about their strengths - paving the way for improved collective output.

Understanding Team Building: Effective team building initiates with the understanding of all team members' strengths and weaknesses, establishing clear roles, setting a common goal, and promoting effective communication.

Functioning: Team building has four phases. They are Forming, Storming, Norming, and Performing. Forming is identifying the team members. Storming involves discussing and resolving conflicts. Norming agrees on common methods of operation, and Performing delivers the result.
