What is Collaboration?
Collaboration is the process where team members work together to achieve a common goal. In a Scrum context, collaboration involves the Scrum team working in unison to deliver a high-quality product increment each sprint.

Why is Collaboration Important?
Collaboration is imperative in Scrum practices as it promotes transparency, inspection, and adaptation which are the three pillars of Scrum. With efficient collaboration, teams can solve complex problems, foster innovation, improve workflow and increase productivity.

How does Collaboration work?
Collaboration in Scrum works through regular team meetings like Sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, and sprint retrospective. Here, the team collaborates to plan, review, and reflect on their work. They collaborate to manage their backlog, remove obstacles and learn from each other’s experiences.
