Sprints
Sprints are time-boxed events, usually of two to four weeks, in which specific work is completed and readied for review. It has specific elements, namely Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Development Work, the Sprint Review, and the Sprint Retrospective. Once a Sprint has commenced, its duration is fixed and cannot be shortened or lengthened. The remaining events may end whenever the purpose of the event is achieved, ensuring an adequate amount of time is spent without allowing waste in the process.
