Guide: Daily Stand-up Meetings in Scrum Customer Centric Design PSM I Concept

Daily Stand-up Meetings, also known as Daily Scrum Meetings, are a crucial part of the Scrum Framework.

What is it?
Daily Stand-up Meetings are short, time-boxed events for the development team to synchronize activities and plan for the next 24 hours. Typically, these meetings are held at the same time and place every day, hence the name 'stand-up'.

Why is it Important?
The Daily Stand-up is one of the key inspect-and-adapt events in Scrum. It encourages teamwork, quick problem-solving, and immediate resolution of impediments. It helps keep the team focused and aligned with the sprint goals.

How does it work?
During the meeting, each team member answers the following questions:
1. What did I do yesterday?
2. What will I do today?
3. Are there any impediments in my way?
The Scrum Master ensures that the discussion is timeboxed, usually not more than 15 minutes.
