Empathy

In servant leadership, emphasis is placed on the growth and development of people. Servant leaders are invested in their team's professional and personal development. They encourage continuous learning, provide opportunities for growth, and support them in their goals. By doing so, they improve both individuals' and team's skills and effectiveness, which can lead to better team performance. For a servant leader, awareness holds substantial importance as it tends to offer enhanced knowledge regarding ethics, values and their influence on behaviour and one's surroundings. This increased awareness enables leaders to view situations from a more beneficial and different angle. Thus they can make far-reaching and enlightened decisions for the benefit of their teams and the organization. Awareness also helps a leader to understand the effect of the decisions he makes and helps in foreseeing any repercussions that might occur.
Healing
Healing is a cardinal attribute in servant leadership as it emphasizes the importance of the recovery and mending phase. The leader is not only responsible for achieving the goals and targets of the organization, but also ensuring a thriving work environment. This includes aiding the team members in overcoming any personal hardships, overcoming failures, or resolving conflicts which can be an impediment in achieving potential maximum productivity. A servant leader aids in healing by creating an environment where the team feels supported and safe. Thus, healing helps to instil a reinforcing relationship of trust and mutual respect among team members.
Persuasion
Persuasion is the capability of influencing others through a compelling, convincing, and logic-based approach. This doesn’t include exerting authority or power but is associated with the ability to convince others to see and understand your point of view.
