It covers analyzing the current state of the enterprise (business needs, organizational structure, capabilities, and performance), defining the desired future state including goals, objectives, and success metrics, assessing risks associated with the change including risk identification and impact analysis, and defining the change strategy including gap analysis, solution scope, and transition planning. This domain represents approximately 15% of the CBAP exam (~18 questions out of 120).
