Creating product vision, product goals, sprint goals, and release plans to guide the Scrum team toward delivering value.

This topic addresses the product owner's role in setting direction and planning product delivery. Students must understand the relationship between a product vision and a product goal, practice creating product goals and sprint goals with the Scrum team, list the components of a product plan or forecast, describe how to plan a product release, and explain approaches to identifying small, valuable, and usable increments of product functionality.
