The Knowledge theme focuses on how information, learning, and data are managed across the programme. It encompasses knowledge management, information management, and lessons learned. Effective knowledge management ensures that valuable insights are captured, shared, and reused, helping to improve decision-making and avoid repeating mistakes. Information management ensures accurate, secure, and accessible programme documentation and data. This theme recognizes that programmes generate significant learning that benefits both the current programme and future ones. Together, these three themes ensure a programme has clear purpose (Justification), appropriate organization and delivery mechanisms (Structure), and effective handling of information and learning (Knowledge), supporting successful transformation and benefits realization within the MSP framework.
