The Scrum Master's role is to facilitate this process and help the team reach a consensus. 'Determining the Definition of Done yourself and enforce it' is not correct as it goes against the principles of self-organizing teams in Agile. The Product Owner's role is not to 'define the Definition of Done', but rather to clarify the objectives and accept the result. Ignoring the discrepancy, and allowing individual team members to stick to their own interpretations can lead to inconsistency in understanding and could negatively impact product quality.
