Contrastingly, choosing to complete all changes at once would mean that any issues or changes would only be discovered after the project is completed, increasing the risk of failure or ineffective implementation. Avoiding making the changes doesn't cater to the needs of the e-commerce platform aiming to expand its services globally. Furthermore, this wouldn't leverage the benefits of Agile methodologies for managing the complexity and uncertainty inherent in significant change projects Finally, setting aside separate, sequential phases for planning, designing, building, testing, and relocating resources, while traditional in project management, is not in line with Agile methodologies. On the other hand, simply increasing the number of testing environments or migrating all development to the production environment isn't efficient or effective. Manually resolving these differences every time they occur isn't sustainable either, and it doesn't address the root cause of the problem, hence it's not a good practice according to DevOps.
